Happy Diwali!!!

                                                            HAPPY DIWALI

Diwali is the festival of lights in India. Every household is lit with colourful lamps called diyas and people celebrate this festival with fireworks. The streets of India dazzle with lights, colour and festivity on this day.

To light these lamps people often use oil which causes excessive carbon emission and pollutes the atmosphere. So, to avoid this I came up with a tiny alternative which is more environment friendly - "crocheted electric diya". It consists of a coin cell battery, led, a crocheted pouch to house the electrical parts and the crocheted diya.

It is a small initiative from my side to celebrate a safe and pollution free diwali...

Wish you all a very happy and safe diwali !!!!
